On 12 March 2009 Clerking School had been held by Vlada Benina, TICA Judge in Tel-Aviv. The meeting was attended by 8 intrested.
Israel had never seen american system on a cat show before. The TICA show consists of individual Judging Rings, each Judging ring consists of a judge, one or more clerks, and one or more stewards.
On the meeting Mrs. Benina spoke about the TICA General Show Rules, the Show entry categories, the judging procedure, the final categories and the clerk's role. For the attendants Mrs. Benina showed the TICA Ribbons, Show catalogs, Judge's Book and she delineated the filling of the clerk's document.
The meeting was very useful, gave strong knowleadge for the future TICA clerks.
Thanks for Mrs. Benina for her satisfactory lecture!
Congrats on forming a TICA club! Hope your shows are a great success and bring TICA friendliness to Israel. I live in the US and am a TICA member as well. In fact, my first stud male Russian Blue is from Rena Kalina's Bright Light Cattery.
I am looking forward to possibly sponsoring a ring at your first show.
Thanks. Carol McRee Krasota Cattery, breeding beautiful Russian Blacks and Blues. USA
