Show will be open for the general public from
10:00 am to 5:00 pm

veterinary control and check-in will start at 8:00 am
Judging start at 10:00 am.

*All cats and kittens must be properly vaccinated and have relevant dates in their veterinary passports.
*All claws of all entries must be clipped.
*TICA Show Rules will be strictly enforced. By entering, all exhibitors agree to abide by the TICA rules and the decisions of the judges and the show committee.

NO CAGES "FOR SALE"

Management is NOT responsible of any damage to cat's or owners. Responsibility for the equipment, and cat's is the owners only!

Clerking School

On 12 March 2009 Clerking School had been held by Vlada Benina, TICA Judge in Tel-Aviv. The meeting was attended by 8 intrested.

Israel had never seen american system on a cat show before. The TICA show consists of individual Judging Rings, each Judging ring consists of a judge, one or more clerks, and one or more stewards.

On the meeting Mrs. Benina spoke about the TICA General Show Rules, the Show entry categories, the judging procedure, the final categories and the clerk's role. For the attendants Mrs. Benina showed the TICA Ribbons, Show catalogs, Judge's Book and she delineated the filling of the clerk's document.

The meeting was very useful, gave strong knowleadge for the future TICA clerks.

We congratulate Inna Chaban

on her Cattery Sharm Cats (nom. 19595, Don Sphynx and Ukrainian Levkoy)

registered with TICA. We wish her well and hope her cats will be healthy, happy and successful.

The Ukrainian Levkoy is one of the newest cat breeds currently in existence.
In fact, it is recognized only by a few of the cat fanciers’ associations around the world and is seen predominantly in the East European country of Ukraine. Very few, 100 to 150, of these cats exist in other countries, and Israel is one of them now!

Ukrainian Levkoys have a very unique appearance. They resemble Sphynx cats, but have ears somewhat like those of Scottish Folds. The Ukrainian Levkoy was developed by selectively breeding cats, on the basis of two natural and dominant mutations of hairlessness, Hrbd, and of foldedness, Fd.

They are medium-sized felines with long, sleek bodies.
The head is long and flat on top with an angular and stepped face that is almost dog-like.

The cat is very friendly and enjoys human contact. It is energetic, amusing and is just a little similar to a cat.

This unusual breed has already found its first fans in our country!
